WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Processing timing for most items is between 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) from the time the order is placed.  I independently make, prepare, package, and ship all orders all by myself, so your patience is greatly appreciated! After your item(s) have shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Orders will be shipped out ASAP depending on demand and order volume. Please wait until the full 7 business days have passed to reach out with questions regarding your order status. All orders are shipped through USPS or UPS. Please contact USPS/UPS with inquiries regarding your order status and location after it has been shipped. Thank you so much for your order and your patience in receiving your handmade items!

CAN I RETURN/CHANGE MY ITEMS?

Please note that I have a no refund policy. Due to covid, I am not able to accept returned items. All sales are final once items ship. All clothing items are unisex fit so please be sure to size accordingly. Please make sure you are ordering the correct size at time of purchase. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer, and I won't be able to offer a refund due to that error.  In the event you have any issues/damages with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to me via the contact form so I can help make the issue right. 

I ACCIDENTALLY PUT IN AN INCORRECT ADDRESS. HOW CAN I CHANGE IT?

If you need to change the address your order is being shipped to, please contact me ASAP to make the correction. If your order has not shipped yet, I am happy to change the address. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped to the provided address, I will no longer be able to change the address or issue a refund. In the event your item is returned back to sender (myself), then I am happy to resend your items to the correct address! If your item does not Return to the Sender (Me), then I will not be able to send replacements or refund the order. WHAT IS THE SIZING OF SHIRTS & CREWNECKS?

All shirts & sweatshirts are unisex sizing unless stated otherwise. For guys, I recommend ordering the size you normally wear as the sizing is quite similar to a typical men's shirt. Ladies I would suggest sizing down since the unisex shirts tend to run bigger with Bella Canvas Shirts. Gildan Softstyle shirts are more true to size, so I would suggest ordering your typical shirt size. Please note, this is just a suggestion, not a requirement. Feel free to order the size you feel the most comfortable in. 

I THINK MY ORDER MAY BE LOST-- WHAT DO I DO?

If your order does not arrive or the tracking is not updating, please contact the delivery carrier directly. Once I have shipped out your order, I no longer have any control over its location or shipping status. Please reach out to USPS/UPS for further assistance.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM(S) ARRIVE DAMAGED?

If your item(s) arrived damaged, please reach out to me via the contact form or email mvd.create@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, a description of the damage, and pictures of the damaged item(s). I will evaluate the damage and do all I can to make it right!
